Acid or other psychedelics are the best way. Of course, it's only temporary so you'll have to consistently increase the dosage to keep us in a delusional state.

Live and let live.
Why would you even want to convert someone? Did he or she express this wish? If yes, I would shut up and step out for others to answer your question. Or, you can simply tell me off. Lol.......If not, then why?

Would you like someone to try to convert you into an atheist?

Individually, we are more the same than different biologically and emotionally. However, collectively, the world is a far more interesting place when we are more different than the same.

I respect your intention to convert others, but personally, I do not understand why.

The attempt to convert, religiously, politically, etc....is the root to many wars in human history.

Appreciate each other, different or same, the world would be a better place.

You know how sometimes you get water in your ear, and it won't come out?... and sometimes, you can clear it, if you tilt your head, and smack yourself on the side of the head? Well... like that. Do that to the atheist... until their brains fall out. Not ALL of their brains... just enough so they lose the ability to reason, and lose the ability to think critically. Then, begin the mind-control/brainwashing program that christian parents inflict upon their children. Keep that up for about 10 or 12 years.

Yep... that should do it.

By the way... agnostics ARE atheists.

They have their own reasons for choosing not to believe in a god... leave them alone.
If you really want to convert them, prove the existence of God.

As a side note, everyone saying "agnostics are atheists" and vice versa... you realize that agnostics are people who think there might be a god and atheists believe there is no god, right? Agnostics and atheists are not the same thing.

Many Atheist are agnostic.

There is no best way to convert an atheist, we are all individuals. Many of us disbelieve in gods for different reasons.

For myself, you would needs some concrete evidence of your god(s) existing.

If you mean convert him to Christianity, I'd say show him what it is to be one. Our personal testimony is the most effective message we can give to those around us, especially those who refuses to believe.

Converting however, is really God's part. Our part is to share His love and pray that somehow the person will get to know who God really is.

Atheist are reasonable. Just show them verifiable sensory evidence. Atheist want to believe in God. God just has to show up. Atheists are not delusional.

It is written to let the dead bury the dead. Those who recognise the voice of God belongs to God.Those who do not, belongs to nothing.Have sympathy for them who believe that life is just a meaningless routine without purpose.

I agree with Commander. Each person's spiritual journey is between them and God. Trying to change someone from the outside in can be very difficult, especially if they are not open to the idea.

Pray that God will open their heart and that He will use you to minister to them.
