Should be fine. Just change the litter completely (fresh sand) right before you go, and put enough food out (Cats only eat a bit at a time, they won't wolf it all down and then go hungry the rest of the time like a dog would). Make sure there's enough water.
Cats do fine by themselves. 2 days is no biggie.
If you have a neighbor that you're friendly with, then you can always ask them to stop by once each day you're gone and check on things. But even that is not necessary.
Don't listen to the imsaviesmom.. I've been a cat owner my whole life.
However, reading some of the other answers, I have to second them when they say that a 7 month old kitten is still very playfull. You should do a quick "baby-proofing" of the house before you go. Make sure most electronics are unplugged, Put the toilet paper away in a cabinet (cats LOVE to shred toilet paper when their owner's gone) and just look around to see what the worse trouble she could get into is. They like to overturn trash cans.. empty the trash before you go.. No biggie.. you get the picture.
I've never had problems with my cats "revenge-pooping/soiling" when I'm gone. But they do often vomit for some weird reason.
Just use common sense (YOU know your cat) and your cat will be fine..

The most important thing to ask yourself is how much trouble does you kitten get into when you're home or when you're at work and she's home alone? What is she doing right now?
My kitten is exactly 7 month old and she is already out of that kitten stage where they are always getting into stuff, getting stuck in things or in general doing crazy stuff.
If you kitten is pretty much out of that kitten phase then just leave her plenty of food, water. Leave the TV or radio on and turn on a few lights for reassurance. Do some extra kitten-proofing just to make sure she doesn't get into something that could be dangerous. Maybe ask a friend to check on her once or twice a day.
If she is still a crazy kitten or doesn't like being left alone(mine just sleeps when I'm not home) they I would suggest getting a friend to stay at your house or getting a pet sitter for her.
Hope this helps.

Should be fine.
BE SURE to make house "child-safe" and definitely extra lots of litter in box (or maybe an extra litter box), lots of "back-up" water (like bucket too, case her dish spills), besides ample extra food out.
And I'd suggest perhaps leaving a couple low wattage lights on, PLUS a radio/tv going too!
And maybe someone could just sneak a peak and check in.

If you leave plenty of food (perhaps an automatic feeder), preferably 2 litterboxes and a lot of water, she'll be fine. Also make sure there is no way to get outside, because she may try to go away, and that there are no hazards in the house (open toilet, fragile vases, etc.)

You're right, you're kitten will be just fine for two days. She might get upset about you leaving her and soil though. Maybe keep her locked out of bedroom and bathroom while you're gone.

She probably would survive if you left a good supply of water and food for her plus a clean litter box. She might get into everything, dump over your house plants, poop on your bed, climb on your curtains and pull them down and chew on electrical wires like on lamps and computer cords...that would be a shocker for her. I didn't leave my cat overnight until he was over a year old and out of his playful kitty mode.

be sure someone can enter your house in case of an emergency; cats can get into a lot of trouble. put extra water and food out. you never know, you might be gone longer than expected.

Please, for your kitten's sake, find a good and loving and caring home for it. You can NEVER leave a kitten , cat, fish (okay, maybe a fish), dog, puppy or any other living creature alone for two nights. If you don't already know that, I'm afraid for your kitten's well-being. It is inhumane, cruel and just plain wrong. Please learn about caring for another living being, before taking on the responsibility of owning one. Thank you.

as long as you leave a clean litter box.. food and water.. maybe get one of those toys that attach to a door or a few jingle balls.. and maybe ask a friend to check in on her each day .. make sure she isnt sick or tearing up the place..
