Everytime I search it always show convert 4 lugs to 5 not 5 lugs to 4. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me out.

First off five is stronger. And I would reccomend that you keep it that way. Rotors hubs calipers can get expensive. And by going four lug you limit your big brake package choices.

You need to change the wheel hubs compatible with those on your car.
