Wow.. what a crappy situation.. Pregnant PUPPY.. and you had no clue.. Until you happened to be rubbing her belly one day.. Don't you guys pay much attention to the dog at all? Where were you when she was being bred at such a young age?? And feeding her people food.. You sound like quite the caring pet owner..

You might want to get to the vet and have her spayed.. If you are having a hard time watching the puppy you have.. You are going to have one heck of a time whelping and raising her litter when she won't care for them.. Young females often abandon their litter, too immature to care for them, unable to figure out what to do.. And as you have probably read her on YA many of them get nasty to their own puppies. Unless you like the idea of paying for c-section cause young female does not dilate and will not naturally whelp the litter.. And you like the idea of getting up and being around every 2 hours to feed those puppies cause mom won't .. Then spaying her now is the only option.

Your Baby is right.. Your baby might very well die..

First of all its spelled Shih Tzu

And she could be pregnant but you should get her to the vet. It is most likely she started eating human food and got a little fatter but you never know

Take your Shih Tzu ? terrier? to the vet right away. She could very well be pregnant, and depending upon who dad was she could be in trouble.

And have your vet tell your dad about this thing called "spaying"

I really don't see what is so amusing to you. You are potentially bringing unwanted puppies into an already overpopulated world that kills many thousands of dogs daily. That doesn't make me want to go "haha"

Take your dog to the vet. Answer the vet's questions about when she was last in heat, and any potential chance that she had contact iwth males during the heat. If the vet thinks oyur dog is pregnant, get the ultra sound or xray done to figure out how many. Work on getting them homes brfore they are born, and get yourself educated on how to properly help her through whelping. When it's all done and the pups are placed in good homes, SPAY her!!!!!!!

If the vet thinks she is just fat, SPAY her!!!!!!!

Please get your dog to the vet. She could very well be pregnant, which is not a good thing, especially if your dad 'can't stand them.' If your dad can't stand puppies, then why in the crap is your dog not fixed? There is no excuse for this. Your dad should know better because after milllions of puppies, he surely knows what causes them and how to prevent them.
Get your dog to the vet and get her spayed.

has she been in season?
it sounds like she could be and about to deliver anytime
tell dad she needs to be neutered after the pups are born and weaned.
If he does not get it done he needs shooting

Get her spayed. Get her to the vet. Get her on some good food and get her exercised.
