Easiest is to call the Humane Society. They should be listed in the phonebook and I'm sure have a web page too. You could also notify the ASPCA.

Negligent in what way?? In the way the dogs are treated? You'll want to call the SPCA or Animal control.. Negligent in the way they take care of business?? Or the way you were treated?? Didn't get registration papers?? It might be a job for the AKC..

Call your local animal protection agency. Call the agency in SD. They will get to it. If it is a breeder, call the American Kennel Association. Or if you know the breed, call the Association for that breed.
We breed beautiful fine animals who are part of the family until they are sold. Actually most of them are sold before they are even conceived. It is important to hold breeders to very high standards for humanitarian reasons as well as to make sure people get what they pay for ~ a fine beast and family member.
Bless you for caring about our loving voiceless innocent friends.

Report them to your local SPCA, Police Department, or Animal Control Center. Each of these can handle the problem, or refer the problem to the right organization to handle the problem.

Probally the best would be to contact your local aspca, human society, or animal shelter of some sorts, But do you have proof or anything of the sorts.. I would definitely call and voice your concerns, if it is something bad happening. They cant talk, and it starts with one person, best of luck!!!!

Best is to try a local shelteer, or your local or state police if there's no shelter in your jurisdiction. If there are none available, let me know. I will see what else I can come up with.

It depends how they are negligent as a breeder - are they saying its full blooded when its not - then you could call the American Kennel Club (AKC). If they are being neglectful as pet owners - not feeding them, etc... then you call the police.

Animal control in the county where the dog breeder is should do it. That is why they are there.....they investigate complaints of animal cruelty such as yours.

call your local animal patrol or police department. They usually respond quickly. They will atleast go and look at your claim and check out what you are talking about.
