I meant when u get your license. By law, your not supposed to drive with others for a yr unless your 18.

I've let dozens of kids go. I only ticketd one idiot because he was doing 65 in a 45...he passed me. Obvioulsy he wasn't paying attention.

I assume that you are talking about a learner permit's. The holder of a learner's permit must have an fully licensed adult in the front seat of the same car, and must only drive within the hours allowed by your state.

It depends on the district and your city but it's not something you want to test with the Highway Patrol.
