Like when I'm in public places and lets say in the waiting clinic room where everyone is sitting down quiet waiting and i have the feeling someone is watching me.. i get this sorta of wave of shakiness (like my body's flow collapses) inside..which i swear i cant hold for more than 10mins it feels like if I'm trapped in some room where suicideing is the only way out.. A TERROBLE FEELING IF U ASK ME!

Agoraphobia. It's a fear of large crowds of people or just being outside your house. The symptoms can present in many different ways but almost always result in complete panic and a feeling that you have to escape. You should go to your doctor who could send you in the right directions to get help for this. Left untreated it will not go away.

Agoraphobia..
I lived with it for nearly 35 years.. It is caused by many factors..
mine was root caused by a childhood trauma..
It is awful to live with.
One thing about panic disorders, I firmly believe is they can be overcome. When we learn to trust ourselves again, and the world around us.. First we have to find the courage to stand against the internal Super Fears manifested by the mis beliefs that a event will occur or harm will come that isn't truly . I believe these phobias and fears root in childhood traumas, or are biological, or chemical in nature.
I was lucky.. mine came and went.. i was high functioning overall.
I had hypnotherapy , and wished i had many years earlier.
Once the fear was faced, it was never as awful as thought it up to be. , and running from, it never leaves you, but runs just as fast and far as you do..
when the main trauma event was dealt with, it all started to melt away so to speak.. life is great free!

It sounds to me like you are having panic attacks triggered by being around people in public places. Shakiness, numbness, sweating, nausea, depersonalization, sweating...these are all symptoms of a panic attack.

it can also be called paranoid or anxiety disorder, and possibly even a bit of claustrophobia, but to truly find out you'd have to go to a specialist for a real diagnosis.
