okay im about 121 pounds...and im trying to gain weight but at the same time muscle....anyone help please...ill appreciated..

Along with working out I suggest XS prein shakes and bars they helped me go from 130-about 150 and I was very please and they don"t taste disgusting. I get them at www.high-impact-health.com

To gain weight and increase muscle mass you need strength training and a high calorie diet. Make sure the diet is still a healthy balanced one, just eat more. Protein in the form of lean meat, fish, egg, poultry (go easy on the dairy), carbs like wholegrains and brown rice and plenty of fruit and veg. As for the strength training, you need a good safe routine that works out the entire body. Choose compound exercises (exercises that involve more than one joint). Example: For chest and triceps you could use push ups, bench press, dumbell press, dips or chest press. For the Back and Biceps try, lat pulldown, pull ups, row, dumbell row and chins and for the legs try leg press, lunges, squats and deadlifts.

Eat more protein. Try protein shakes. Do exercises that build muscle, like pushups and pullups. Get a subscription to a magazine that focuses on diet and building muscle, like Men's Health or Men's Fitness.
