I'm a 19 y/o male who has been feeling sick since mid august of this year. The symptoms were sudden, one day I was fine and the next I felt like I had some kind of flu. However, I did not have a fever or chills like a normal flu or cold. These are the symptoms I've had for the last 4 weeks.
Fatigue
Sinus Pressure
Forehead Pressure
Lightheaded feeling while moving
Blood Rushes to head while moving or getting up.

I've had several tests done for Mono, Diabetes, Lyme Disease , A CT Scan for Sinus Infection an MRI and MRA, Thyroid and B diffecieny tests. As well as an allergy specialist. Everything has come up clean and I still have these symptoms. Sometimes they are really bad othertimes they seem to fade away. I'm not ruling out allergies, although I typically have no allergies what so ever. The only other symptom I've had is neck pain. I've gone to a chiropracter for several weeks and now the pain is gone, but my other symptoms remain. If anyone has any ideas what this is please help

That happened to me once before... I got a severe sinus infection/sinusitis from being allergic to some lillies someone sent me for my birthday.

I felt like that for weeks... I was lightheaded, had sinus pressure, and I could'nt move my eyes quickly to either side or I would get a sharp pain right above my eyebrows. The actual infection didn't start to drain until at least 3 weeks after my symptoms started. It was just in a small enclosed sinus right above my eyebrow line. It made me feel like I was dying!!! My symptoms would come & go. As soon as I got the lillies out of the house, that's when I started to feel a bit better, but I had after effects of the sinus infection for months. Being that this started in August, it could be anything that may have just begun to affect your sinuses... late blooming flowers, mold, etc.

Ask your doctor if it could be sinusitis, which won't show up on an MRI until it actually turns into an infection... who knows when that'll be. Maybe ask if he can put you on some allergy pills and see if those work. lol, before I got that stupid sinus infection, I didn't think I was allergic to anything either!

Stress and fear can cause many symptoms, including those you listed. If the chiropractor helps, let him treat all the symptoms which are part of their focus.

Try using a saline nasal spray several times a day and take Echinasea. Wash your ears out at least once a week with warm water from the hose of the shower. And, realize that maybe the symptoms will go away by ignoring them.

Possible sinusitis, ear infection, commonly associated with the common cold. If so, you will probably need some antibiotics. Go to the urgent care center, or the Emergency room for a professional diagnosis. Hope this helps.

not enough to diagnose.

but there is a place on line,
diagnose-me.com

where you answer hundreds of questions about your symptoms, and for about 20 bucks, they give you a list of what those symptoms might mean. It is computerized. Maybe that would help turn up something.

The "flu" feeling without the flu should suggest a few diseases.

Have you been seen by an ENT doctor? If not, I suggest it. It sounds like a problem in the sinuses. A specialist in that area can help.
