Try hot tea, with honey and a cough drop. Just heat the water with the cough drop in it then steep the tea. Add honey for taste. This usually makes me feel better in about 30 minutes. Repeat as necessary. Here are a few other tips to help you keep from getting ill again.
1. Change your toothbrush every time you get ill. Bacteria stays on the brush because of its moist environment causing reinfection.
2. Try mangosteen juice! I am telling you it is a God send! You will not worry about colds again! Or cramps, or hormone imbalance, or many other illnesses and diseases.

Happy teaching!

I worked with disabled folks who loved to hug and touch, like you students. I seldom was ill because until I washed my hands I did not touch my mouth or eyes or nose.

I used a saline nasal spray twice a day. I took Echinasea.

I believe that resistence is built by exposure, not avoidance. And a very positive attitude of not getting sick.
