There are differences of interpretation among Bible believing Christians.
Consider the work of "old earth" creationist and astrophysicist Hugh Ross:

I'd like to point out that the Bible does not state an age for the Earth. Also there is mention of some very large creatures that roamed the Earth at the same time as humans - do not know about the unicorns - but we all know that names of plants and animals could have changed over the centuries.

I tend to believe in a young earth. Many Christians do not.
The English 'unicorn' is NOT a good translation of the Hebrew word, which refers to some animal, but we simply don't know which one. For some strange reason early English translators chose the word 'unicorn'! And the fun started!!!
Yes, dinosaurs lived with humans. I can show you cave paintings in South America which clearly show men riding on Pterodactyls and Brontosauruses. A Buddhist temple in Cambodia which was abondoned ca. A.D. 1700 is being researched by archeologists, and among the carvings on the gate posts (in stone, by the way, not wood) are various common forest animals of today: a monkey, a hart, a boar, and then strangely, a Stegosaurus!
The world is a much more interesting place than most folks are aware!

Actually a first century Rabbi figured out that the universe was about 15.4 billions years old with a code from the Old Testament.
Any one of a dozen physics or astronomy textbooks brings the same number. The general expansion factor from the moment of stable matter formation (nucleosynthesis is the term) to now is a trillion. The universe is a trillion times larger than it was at nucleosynthesis.
The Torah tells us that from the perspective of Day One six days passed between the creation of the universe and the creation of Adam.
If we multiply these six Genesis days by a trillion we have six trillion human days. Six trillion human days is a very interesting number. What would that be in human years? Divide six trillion days by 365 and it comes out to be 16 billion human years.
The equation is very simple:
6 days (in Genesis time)
x 1 trillion (degree of expansion of the universe)
6 trillion days (in human time)
÷ 365 days in a year (in human time)
16 billion human years (in human time)

there are still dinosaurs in our time. only smaller than the big ones that rule the earth 230 million years ago.
and it is not true that the earth is only 6000 years old.
how can dinosaurs lived if only the earth is 6000 years old.
and the science have evidences of their bones
think about it.
the bible accounts are true. ok i will prove my point
God comes from everlasting
Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.

that not literal 24 hour period or a thousand year period
theres a span of many of years from the first day to second day (if i say many its either billion or trillion years)
in verse 9 God started to created the earth
And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
Genesis 1:12
And the evening and the morning were the third day.
Genesis 1:13
in this next verses. God created the earth day or 24 hour period.
And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
Genesis 1:14
And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
Genesis 1:15
And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

The bible is an historical document.....some parts are mostly accurate ( explanations of various events as they occurred at the time ) other parts are fantastical accounts by simple individuals who were attempting to explain events which they did not have the capacity to understand. Every people/ religion around the world have some version of a creation story ( ever heard that the world rests on the back of a turtle ? )....the bibles version is no more true or accurate than any of the others.

1) The Bible does not date the creation of the earth.
2) "Unicorn" means "one horn." If you had a bent toward Zoology, you would know that the scientific name for a rhino is literally "unicorn." Hmmm... why do you suppose that is?
3) You think that the Bible mentions dinosaurs?

Yes, yes and yes.
Job 39:10 Canst thou bind the unicorn with his band in the furrow? or will he harrow the valleys after thee?
Psa 74:14 Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, [and] gavest him [to be] meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.

I don't know about unicorns, but yes that would mean that the earth is about 6000 years old, and dinosaurs were created on the sixth day along with all the other mammals. And....?

1. Many more individuals are born than can possibly survive, thus there is competition for limited resources
2. Within this vast number there is variation, and because of this variation some of these individuals will have an advantage--however slight--over others
3. The ones who have the advantages are more competitive and thus they are more likely to obtain the limited resources
4. The ones who are succeeding in securing the limited resources are more likely to reproduce and thus pass onto their offspring the more competitive traits
