Silly question but I'll answer it anyway.
There are signs at the base entry and on the fences surrounding it. Part of that sign says "USE OF DEADLY FORCE AUTHORIZED!" That's what I call a 'serious' notification. That sign just isn't so the tourist will go "Ohh and ahh".
Say you and your 20,000 folks show up and try to enter that base without an invitation while all those reporters stand well back and watch you try to storm the base. Know what the headlines would be the next day? "20,000 MORONS DO SOMETHING REALLY STUPID!"
I'd kinda like to see that myself.

1. Good luck gathering 20,000 in a remote location in Nevada.
2. You won't be able to get inside
3. If you do, they'll kick you right out
4. Even if you did get inside, you wouldn't see anything of value
5. You don't have a "right" to see it and it is not "under the US constitution"
6. Everybody and their mothers know about Area 51. If the government wants to keep something really top secret, I doubt they'll keep it there.

Everyone "knows" about Area 51 (at least they think they do), do you really believe the Govt keeps anything of value there that they really would want to keep secret? Think about, and good luck on your "right to know anyway. It's under the U.S. Constitution" crusade.

Why don't you get 20,000 people to storm your parent's house and get you out of the basement?
BTW Where in the Constitution does it say you have a right to know military secrets? Try reading the entire document.

Because that would be silly. I am not about to storm a military installation guarded by highly trained military members authorized to use deadly force, all to prove what? The only thing I would be proving is that 5.56 millimeter, 7.62 millimeter and 9 millimeter ammunition can kill me in a very convincing manner.

haha even if you did get 20,000 people together to rush the place they would mow you all down. 300-500 soldier with automatic weapons and artillery will easily defeat 20,000 poorly equipped civilians

That is a silly question. You and anyone else who did that would either get shot or arrested. Neither choice is a good one.
