dont waste money on pills- even if you lose some weight you will regain it.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, weight training a few days a week but never work on the same muscle group two days in a row (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I located the guide to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however in general) and doing little or no activity, however the weight continues flying off. It certainly works and if I'd adopted it precisely I consider it could scare the residing daylights out of me in view that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the expertise. I've under no circumstances bought something like this earlier than in view that they're more commonly filled with trash, however 3WD has been a high-quality shock. Get began in these days!

I've recently lost 65lbs since April 9 doing the following:
Do not eat over 2000 calories. Make your calories count. 2000 is a lot believe it or not. I kept my food intake as fat free as possible. And here is the kicker for true success...get a diet journal and write what you eat down. You'll be amazed of how easy it is.
Staple foods with this plan is a lot of chicken breast. Vegetables in the frozen section have a lot to offer that are very low calorie. Snack items...sugar free jello gelatin, sugar free jello pudding. Fresh fruit. 100 calorie snack packs make it easy to keep track.
I lost 21lbs my first month by doing the above and I did not exercise at all. Your weight loss does slow down after this initial period so incorporating some sort of physical activity is essential if you really want to kick it up a notch.
Hang in there and don't give up. Good luck

eat 1500 calories a day and sped them out so that your eating every 2-3 hours. have the majority of your calories durring the day and a small dinner. incorperate lots of protien, fiber, fruits, veggies, and whole grains into your diet. excersize for at least 20 minutes 3 times a day with brisk walking, jogging, swimming, aerobics, or any other form of excersize that burns alot of calories in a short amount of time. limit your intake of carbs like white bread and potatoes, have healthy fats in moderation, and stay away from sweets because they can be addicting. good luck i hope this helps!!! xxx :)
