im not ugly. but my friends are extremely hot and i always feel inferior.
how can i get guys to notice me, without dressing like a skank or giving them the idea i will put out.

I can't speak for all guys, but if I notice a group of girls, I would be more attracked to the girl that looks "normal." The girls who dress like "skanks" or giving out seem so shallow and emptry its like why waste my time.
As for standing out from them, based on the dozen or so questions I asked involving the same topic (guy based) I would have to suggest just noticing more guys. I am not saying going over to every bill and bob, but just looking over to see which guys are checking you out, and maybe drop them a bone or something. Most guys are as nervous about finding a non-a--hole as much as girls are.

personality goes a long ways, if they are total airheads and you are down to earth certain guys will like that a lot more. you just gotta show guys that you have assets in more than just looks. make people laugh, be witty and joke around.

if your friends are hot then you don't have to be hot too.
As a psychological part, be cute, funny and make jokes.
Also, believe it or not, when people use light colors on T-shirts (blue sky, green, white and girls like pink, light pink) they tend to be seeing more than others. Dunno why.
That as a physical part.
Keep your appareance very fresh, tonned skin and always smile. =]

act as the nice girl whos personality will flourish. personally i think the girls who are not as flashy and loud are way more worth going out with then the overly prepped out ones

because of the fact grotesque human beings has engaged on it...he desires to advance the "self-self assurance" because of the fact in the event that they have a low self assurance... no women will like them and that they'd no longer stumbled on a woman they likes.
