need to give us a reference sweetie!
I can give you a general answer and be more specific if you provide some verses in additional details.
Gossip is wrong because it is pointless...it takes your attention off of God and puts it on other people. Gossips generally betray the confidence of other people...it is not an act of love.
The bible tells us not to judge non-believers by our standards...that is God's job. However, the bible does tell Christians to judge other believers by their "fruits" (or "works")...but not to judge their salvation, that's still his job...instead we need to judge whether we should call a person friend, whether we should seek or even listen to someone's guidance on spiritual (or other) matters.

In some languages, gossip may have an outright negative connotation. In English the word “gossip” basically means “idle talk,” chat about trivial matters.
Interestingly, though, the English term has acquired a negative connotation. “Gossip” is thus frequently preceded by the word “malicious” or “hurtful.” This is because idle talk so often amounts to hurtful or troublemaking talk. It may even turn into outright slander, which has been defined as “the utterance of false charges or misrepresentations which defame and damage another’s reputation.” Little wonder, then, that an ancient proverb says: “Gossip brings anger just as surely as the north wind brings rain.” Proverbs 25:23
Gossip is talk that reveals something about the doings and the affairs of other persons. It may be unfounded rumor, even a lie, and although the gossiper may not know the untruthfulness of the rumor, he spreads it nevertheless, thereby making himself responsible for propagating a lie. It may be someone’s faults and mistakes that the gossiper is talking about. But even if the things said are true, the gossiper is in the wrong and reveals lack of love.
While gossip can in some cases be more or less harmless (though it can become slander or lead into it), slander is always damaging and always causes hurt and contention. It may be with or without malicious motive. In either case, the slanderer is putting himself in a bad position before God, for “sending forth contentions among brothers” is among the things that God hates. (Pr 6:16-19) The Greek word for “slanderer” or “accuser” is di·a′bo·los. The word is also used in the Bible as a title of Satan “the Devil,” the great slanderer of God. (Joh 8:44) This indicates the source of such defamatory accusation.

Dont gossip means don't talk about other people behind their backs, even if things are true.
Don't judge others means don't say someone is a bad person and is going to go to hell.

a million) Does Christians not take into account in same rights?. Equal rights is a twist. Christians are comfortably toward homosexualitys the equal way they are in opposition to pre-maritial intercourse. What such a lot Christians are toward is the media turning homosexuality into the norm, and christians into evil haters. Are CHristians terrible men and women for considering pre-marital intercourse is incorrect? Are we predjudice toward them? No, we consider it needs repentance and it isn't performed. two) Does Christians take into account it is fallacious for her to donate hundreds and hundreds of hundreds and hundreds to folks? No that's a exclusive detail of her, however she has completed a few particularly corrupt sacreligious matters. three) Does lady Gaga particularly cross circular and hold forth approximately evil, and announcing what to believe? Some of what she does is evil, a few is ok, a few is pleasant.

It is wrong for us to judge, because we are not perfect. We should be humble. God judges harshly those who judge others. God forgives those who forgive. There is enough hate in the world. Why not use kind words? Why not say something positive about someone?

Pretty much what one would expect. We're rather bad at obeying that, I'm ashamed to admit.
