My friend used to live in Pennsylvania, and he said that the police there rarely give tickets, but if you get caught speeding, the police give you a public, bare-bottom spanking by the side of the road! He said you get 5 whacks for every mile per hour over the speed limit you drove for the first offense, and the amount per M.P.H. doubles for each further offense! He said the police in Pennsylvania carry paddles to spank with! Is this true?

HAHA, funny question.

The answer is no, that is illegal everywhere in the U.S.

And even if it were legal, no police department would spank isntead of giving tickets. Ticket fines are an excellent source of revenue for the police.

That friend of yours sounds like quite a liar.

OK, you are the same person that asked about flight attendants being allowed to spank passengers. You have quite an imagination that could be used in better ways than posting ridiculous fake questions on this message board.

I'm sure if you are a hot female and ask for a spanking instead of the ticket most officers will gladly take that deal

Very very slim. The only way I can think of it being dismissed it the radar is not calbrated properly or the Trooper doesn't show up to court after you demand a trial. But I don't live your odds.

You must love spanking. You keep asking these fake questions in different forms. Go outside and get some fresh air or something.

Some cops (and motorists) might opt for that "punishment" if they could, but demanding such sexual favors in exchange for not issuing a proper summons is simply considered bribery.
