Don't drink that Ocean Spray stuff WHATEVER you do...its mostly corn syrup which will only feed the bacteria. Cranberry can help, but hardly anyone WANTS to drink the unsweetened stuff you get at the health food store. Water is best, pee after sex, and just take the antibiotics until they are gone. Its the only way to go.

Drink tons fo cranberry juice and plenty of water to help flush out toxins in your body. Regular massages may also help this issue. Good luck
