I just bought Office 2007 and to be honest I hate it. Usually when I right click an incorrect word on 2003, there would be a list of possible correct words. Now when I right click a ton of useless style menus come up. I don't like the purple background or how the top menu is bombarded with every single feature Word offers.

Regardless I want the original format of Word 2003 back.
Is there anyway to modify Word 2007 back to Word 2003 ?

There is no way to do so without having to download some third party modification. Even then, the only company I found charged a large amount and simply put, its not worth it. I would recommend going back to 2003 for now (if the UI is that troublesome).

Office 2007 may offer the option to "save as" a previous version. I'm not using it yet. Took one look at it and decided to stay with current program.
