Im a 17 year old guy and I lift weights twice a week. problem is that I'm kinda chubby lol. so if I run only on the days that I don't lift, can I still gain the same amount of muscle that I would if I did no running at all? can I also lose the fat? will the running cut back on the muscle growth even if the running is on the days that I dont lift weights?
