Im 5'7 and I weigh in about 111 but I want to weigh in at 104,I just wanted to know if anyone knows any tips to lose this in about a 2 weeks or so and HEALTHY ways only thank you!!!

I know you all think Im skinny but actually Im not,I look like a regular person,all I really wanted to do was define my face structure a little more,I live in NYC nothing is to skinny,dont worry im not anorexic!!!

Wow right now you seem to be a little on the unhealthy side. In my experience...guys like a girl with some curves. However if you really truely feel like you need to loose more weight. try taking your weight 111 and dividing that in half. So 55 would be the answer. I would drink 55 ounces of water a day. That's about 6 bottle of 8 once waters or three bottles of 16 ounce waters.

It'd be much healthier in the long run for you to gain 7. You're too skinny now and it's nothing to be proud of. Get some help with your body image issues.

If that is really you, and is a current picture, DON'T LOSE WEIGHT, there is no need to, and work on your body image before you drive yourself into anorexia.

EDIT

Hiding behind the shirt doesn't make losing weight any healthier for you, don't do it.

that would not be healthy at all. you are already very underweight. at your height you should probably be about 120 or more. i would NOT lose ANY more weight. i would actuallyt try to [healthier] gain weight. try drinking this drink called boost. its like chocolate milk and tastes DELICOUS!!! anyways, to be healthier, try some yogo or aerobics. hope i helped!

first of all: why the hell would you post a pic like that on a site like this? or any site for that matter?

second: you are seriously underweight. youre health weight (for 5' 7" is minimum 127 pounds - according to weight watchers)

third: stop fishing for compliments.

cardio for 45 minutes before your first meal...first 20 minutes burns glucose in the blood, next 25 goes after fat (after that it is muscle being burnt and we don't want that). You look great babe, good luck.

You are already underweight so I am not sure why you want to lose more weight.
