Chapter One and Two of the Gospel according to Luke have some very obvious references as to who the babies are conceived in the wombs of Elizabeth and Mary. John and Jesus were certainly designed by God from before birth for their respective roles in the plan of salvation.

Did not he who made me in the womb make them?
Did not the same one form us both within our mothers? (Job 31:15)
For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother's womb. (Psalm 139:13)
This is what the LORD says--he who made you, who formed you in the womb, and who will help you: (Isaiah 44:2)
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; (God speaking to Jeremiah in Jeremiah 1:5)
In the womb he took his brother by the heel, (Hosea 12:3 speaking of Jacob and Esau; God has also told their mother Rebecca that their were two nations in her womb)
Hope this helps

The Word says, we are fearfully and wonderfully made. and it also says God knew us before we were formed in the place of our mother's womb.

God leaves no doubt as to His feelings concerning abortion:
Deu 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, [that] I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore CHOOSE LIFE, that both thou and thy seed may live:
