Sometimes it helps to approach all matters from an innocent point, this includes religion. A person need not be a scholar to understand religion. Most simple people have a profound sense of right, wrong and love. So they usually find their way which ever way they take.

One does not have to accept any religion if they so choose, it is their choice. However, most people get religion confused with doctrine. Doctrine is usually what people are talking about when they say "religion is bad". The doctrine of man has been at fault for the evils in the world past and present.

It is not enough now to be a simple person if by simple you mean just be as you are because you and most of the people now are tamo or tamopradhan. We all need to make a jump to Satopradhan. Religion does not really help in this. What we need is not necessarily religion but SPIRITUALITY, that is values and virtues. At this time we need to understand and practice spirituality and later on spirituality will become our nature. You need to find those people who practice spirituality rather than religion.

Most of religions speak about God but what does God speak about the religions? What religion is God? He is beyond any of the religions in the world. He is spiritual - that is He is aware of being a spirit (a soul - actually the Highest-on-High soul) and the source of all powers and whatever task He has to accomplish, He does it in a nihaswarat way and while being detached. We have to become as much as possible alike Him and that is why we cannot remain as simple as we are now.

I'd say religion is a guide. I"d also say that having a relationship with God is good. HE'll keep u on a right path, not only for salvation, but alfso for fulfillment in life. But no, u don't have to have religion in life. Just be kind, and caring, obey all the rules, u know, no harm, no fowl kind of thing. But then there are moralities and grey areas that religion does help us on. For example: sex. It's a biological need, and God gave it to us because it's a way to facilitate procreation, and pleasurable, But when doing it w/o the guildeline to proceed with caution, and prefereably wait for love or marriage, then problems arise. I don't mean just disease and unwanted pregnancy(even if on birth control), but I also mean emotional consequences. IT's an easier blow if u loose it to ur life partner, and u get pregnant. Then there's somewhat of a plan. But if ur single, it's harder to get help, and u do feel alone. There's more to loose for the girl than the guy here...but there are some men who are torn, because they did something careless, and they know they have a child out there that they'll never ever see.

This doesn't take religion. But in religion there's a guide there, and there's reasoning for it. In society, there are so many different variables, that u do gamble with something like sex, and sometimes u go off w/o any harm, but sometimes, it hurts to the core, and instead of just chilling out for a while, a lot of(men in particular), try to heal their wounds by having more sex, and well, that just makes it bigger.

" The simplicity of God somehow escapes man"

God Himself desires us to live and lead a simple life.. We are here as sojourners.. as pilgrims on this earth. We tarry until our Lord returns knowing fully well that this earthly physical Kingdom of this world is not where its all at. The real Kingdom and its realm is within the Hearts of men and women. God's Dwelling place and Home is in the spirit and hearts of man.

Religion is a complexity within-which God has removed Himself. Its an Imitation and has no inner reality or content of God. God has never intended to bringing man into a religious union with Him. He intended a " LIFE UNION" This is why from the Very beginning in the garden He presented Himself as the tree of LIFE and NOT as the Tree of the Knowledge of GOOD and Evil.

Good is not LIFE
It can try to be life but its STILL NOT LIFE. Life causes things to grow, Life is inward first then outward. Life is God in Christ as the Spirit indwelling us day by day.

When I looked "religion" up in a dictionary it said, to do something repeatedly. I believe there are many people who do this, and only this with their church attendance. When church is over, they continue to live anyway they please. There were hypocrites like this during Christ's time too. It seems some things never change. Sometimes people just want to be seen at church, and that is all. I'm unable to find a church that teaches what I believe, so I do not feel right going there. I feel that living my faith is what God wants from me. This is exactly what I try very hard to do. I do not fear God, I respect Him. If you can find it, one of the translations for the word used for fear in the Bible also means respect. For me it's better to do my best to pay attention to God, not to people. That's the way I live to the best of my ability. God and I get along just fine. I love Him with all that I am. He's my very Best Friend. I love the relationship I have with God and would not change it for anything, but I do not go to church.
Blessed Be

Being a simple person is a gift from God. You do not have to follow a certain religion, but you must become a spiritual being by becoming born-again. You must be a follower of Jesus.

Well having a religious belief doesn't make you complex. And not following a religion doesn't automatically make someone simple. I think that's more a personality trait than about what you believe.

Free will choice. Are we afraid to not follow a religion? Are creeds and traditions formulated and used at times to control people? Free will choice. Simple respect.

i think of it comes right down to the question of what you suspect you would be, improve into, interior the after existence. Is there an after existence? If we are able to stay as a follower of a god, do sturdy works, then you definately desire to be repayed on the tip of your earthly existence. meaning there greater ideal be an after existence or all your sturdy deeds have been for no longer something..purely through fact a lot of human beings desire to have a faith, want a faith to base all their earthly assumptions on, would not or won't unavoidably make it real. one element that we can not get away is death. death involves burial or creamation . A non-existant state. purely through fact we've a recommendations and can invent recommendations to problems so can we invent recommendations for survivors. we are going....Up there with the Angels. Or (a bad guy) Down with the devil. And each and every so often .......the midsection worldwide, Purgatory, neither right here nor there. those those that desire to have their faith can stay the Christian existence. people who've a distinctive faith can stay a Christian existence.those that have not have been given any subscribable faith can stay a Christian existence. i think of you are able to %. the two of those paths to persist with and you is purely no longer disapointed.
