Fort Snelling- Minnesota? Any Information?

My husband, I and our daughter are moving to Fort Snelling, Minnesota at the beginning of the month- he was offered a miltech position. So I was just wondering if anyone had any information on the base such as quality of housing/apartments, the people, etc. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Wow! I just did a web search. Fort Snelling is mostly a military museum and state park. There's some Guard units and a military entrance processing station. Couldn't even find an AFEES listing for the post. It's in Saint Paul.
