No. He was very careful not to say that. The Pharisees (the Republican conservatives of Jesus's day) already didn't like Him and hearing Him say that would've given them even more excuse to lock Him up for blasphemy.

John 10:30 I and the Father are one.
Also, in the Roman world just saying you are "the Son of God" was a claim to deity. This was well understood then but no so much so today. The Romans had many “sons of the gods” and they were always gods in the form of a human. To say you are the Son of the one and only God was to blatantly claim you are the human representation of that one and only God. Didn't need explanation then but maybe a little today.
Ok, so when Jesus said He was the Son of His Father in heaven it was automatically understad Jesus was stating He is God on earth. The "only begotton Son" means He is the only one born of God. Just like frogs beget frogs and cats beget cats, God can only beget God not something else.
So Jesus said He was God all the time, you just aren't speaking the cultural language of the day.

How did He answer when He forgave the paralytic and the Pharisees remarked, "Only God can forgive sins!"
When Jesus was being questioned by a panel of religious leaders, as to Who He was, He answered, "I am..."
Jesus said, "I and the Father are one"
The propecies state, "Mighty God, Everlasting Father..."
The opening of John, "...the Word (Jesus) was God" (in the Greek, it literally says, 'the Word was the God' not 'a god' as some are deceived into thinking).
There is more. Would you consent to agree if more evidence was given, or are you just trying to prove some point?

Jesus is never recorded in the Bible as saying the exact words, “I am God.” That does not mean, however, that He did not proclaim that He is God. Take for example Jesus’ words in John 10:30, “I and the Father are one.” At first glance, this might not seem to be a claim to be God. However, look at the Jews’ reaction to His statement, “We are not stoning you for any of these, replied the Jews, but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God” (John 10:33). The Jews understood Jesus’ statement to be a claim to be God. In the following verses, Jesus never corrects the Jews by saying, “I did not claim to be God.” That indicates Jesus was truly saying He was God by declaring, “I and the Father are one” (John 10:30). John 8:58 is another example. Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, before Abraham was born, I am!" Again, in response, the Jews take up stones in an attempt to stone Jesus (John 8:59). Why would the Jews want to stone Jesus if He hadn’t said something they believed to be blasphemous, namely, a claim to be God?

Jesus never said "I am God".
He said in John 14:6 that " I am the way, the truth, and the life....."
And in Revelation 22:13 he says:
" I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last."
Even though Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit are One. It doesn't say that Jesus said "I am God."

Matthew 16:15-17
But what about you Peter? he asked Who do you say I am? Simon Peter answered "you are the Christ the Son of the living God. Jesus replied, Blessed are you , Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven
v 20
then he warned his disciples not to tell anyone that he was the Christ.
I know this passage does not have Jesus say "I am the Son of God" but Peter said it at His prompting and wasn't rebuked but praised. I believe this shows that Jesus was recognized as the Son of God.

Prophet Jesus never claim divinity.
Words father and son used for God and so many other Prophets as well, That does not mean Prophet become son of God or God Himself.
If you see following verse of Bible, this verse disgrace God Almighty if you consider Prophet Jesus as God Almighty Himself. See youself and use your wisdom. He said he was the great I AM which basically means he was calling himself God.
John 8:58-59
“I tell you the truth,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!” At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds.
How come God Himself was hiding from Creations to protect Himself. What a disgrace to God Almighty, (May God forgive me saying this, Amen.)

Jesus is not God. And it says that in the Bible in over 500 places. Why did Jesus pray to himself, if he was God? Why did God say "This is my son." if he was talking about himself?
John 1:18 says "No one has ever seen God,.." John 4:24 "God is Spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and truth." Matthew 6:6.. Pray to your Father, who is unseen."
There is a metaphor that says that "the Father, son, and Holy Ghost are one". Many want to make an "image" of God and figure if they claim that Jesus is God they can get away with it. But in a similar place it says that "a married couple are one." A husband and wife are not attached permit. "Jesus sits beside God, in Heaven." Not in God's lap.

Fundamental belief of Christianity is that Jesus is god, son of god or three in one. Irony is that Bible doesn't have a clear statement of Jesus supporting any of the above beliefs.
All the statements in answers are based on conjectures.
"Jesus said my Father and I are one."
This statement means whatever words God speaks to me or sends me through Angel Gabriel I say the same words exactly without any addition of my own.
Prophet Mohammad Messenger of Islam also said the same thing. Jesus did prophesize about Mohammad saying, God will put His words in the mouth of Mohammad and he will say the words as God will send to him.
"HE DID SAY "HE WHO HAS SEEN ME HAS SEEN THE FATHER[GOD].".
This also means what ever I say and do is exactly as God instructs me to say. Prophet Mohammad's wife Aisha said,
"Messenger of God was living, speaking Quran", which
means he said and did as written in Quran by God. This doesn't mean Mohammad SAW was Quran.
The words you read today in Bible are the translators words from Armain, to Greek to Latin to English. Translations usualy do not have the real spirit of what Jesus meant to say.
Today too many Christians are becoming Aetheists or converting to Islam because every church gives different interpretation of the words of Bible. This also necessitated God to write the last edition of divine books now called Quran. Its language is spoken today and every word of Quran is original from God without any change.
I hope you understand.

Jhn 10:30 I and [my] Father are one.
Jhn 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou [then], Shew us the Father?
Here is the EASIEST WAY to understand it people:
ALL of JESUS is GOD. But NOT all of GOD is JESUS. Got it?
Jesus is "a chip off the old block." Like Father - like SON!
And thats why I love Him so. He is every bit the Father that my earthly father never was.
