Call AA and get a sponsor to help you.

This is actually a no-brainer, hon! You have to stop drinking immediately, but you need to talk to a doctor about the possiblities of physical withdrawal...such as seizures. At 17 you are old enough to consent for treatment in drug and alcohol facilities if they are willing to work out a payment plan with you, or if you apply for MediCal and they take it. To start with, give a trusted friend, teacher, colleague, coach etc. a call and tell them what you 've told us. Then call AA and find out where the nearest meeting is and go, sober or not. You'll find support there from people who've been down the same road! Since you have been drinking steadily for a long time you need to be concerned about withdrawals and will need medical intervention to avoid serious complications. Good luck and God Bless!

Call people, family friends, Tell thm your problem, and ask for them to help you with it by checking on you. also if you really want to quit go to the place you buy your booze, and ask everyone their not to sell it too you. Then you wont be buying it easily, and your family and friends can help.
