First, you're right, you don't need to lose any weight. That is perfect for your height. If you really want to though, just eat healthy, and work out. Run or walk a lot. Drink a lot of water. Good luck.

Cut down on the junk food.

When you need junk food go for healthier chioces. For example frozen yogurt is a good alternative to ice cream. Another thing that can really help some people lose weight is cutting out sugary beverages. Some sodas and drinks can have up to 200 or so calories. I wouldn't suggest completely cutting out junk food. Instead plan it into your diet.

I found that buying smaller size items help me cut down on snacking. Try like fun size candy bars instead of the full size.

Make sure you eat all your meals because it will cut down on snacking.

You want to lose 10 pounds! Yes, your right, you don't need to lose any more. If you do lose anymore, it will be because your body needs to lose it and will over time with what your doing. BTW-I weight 165 lbs and I'm 5'8". I'm a size 10 and I may lose a little more, but I'm happy where I'm at...so be pround of where you are and just keep doing what your doing.

Increase both your weight training and your aerobic exercises. Do your aerobics after your weights and stay off the scale. My daughter almost freaked when she actually gained 20lbs....until I reminded her that she was wearing smaller clothes.
