Find out why. David wrote in one of his Psalms, "Search me oh God and know my heart." When we refuses to respond to the gentle pricks of the conscience, we develop a hard heart. If something is nagging you, find out what it is, and then decide what you need to do about it.

This is another way God talks to you, you should probably listen. Read some God books by Neale Donald Walsch, these are some interesting and excellent reading!
God Bless

I fix it. E.g., if I didn't do something I feel I should've done, then I get off my duff and do it. If it's bothering me because of something I did that I shouldn't have done, then I un-do it as much as possible and/or apologize for what I did, or in some way make restitution.

I listen. Then, I ask for forgiveness.
