my cat seems healthy..but his nose is ALWAYS cold and usually a little wet? He is 8yrs old and it has been like this for most of his life..my other 2 cats do not have this problem

If he's healthy and his nose has always been this way, it's probably just the way he is. You could check with your vet at the next checkup...

Like a great style of the others, i presumed a moist nostril meant a healthful animal, as they administration their physique warmth this way. in spite of the fact that I only love the reason given via Zapgaia, that a moist nostril is worn as a badge of honour! My canines could desire to have achieved o.k., their noses are consistently moist.

Each cat is different as are people. If the has always given him a clean bill of health, don't worry about it.

Try letting it sleep somewhere other than the fridge.

it SHOULD be wet, and semi-cold, however; if you have doubts, check with your vet........i'm sure he's fine though
