I am currently under the treatment of Dr Shahid Shamsher. I agree with shalini v that the treatment is useful as far as stopping hair fall and dnadruff is treated. It is true that they charge Rs 200 for consultation, but then I paid only Rs 3500 for the treatment and not Rs 5000. I guess every person has his own story to tell. however the answer no 2 is just a copy - paste of another earlier question also on Dr Shahid Shamsher. I hope this is not a personal vendetta of some one. Lets keeps this forum objective and not a platform to take personal revenges. It loses credibility that way.

Dr. Shahid Shamsher and his wife Dr. Pranjal Shamsher are skin specialists in Bangalore and their address is given below-

Dr Health
Address : 373/10, 10th B Main, Jayanagar 3rd Block,
Bangalore - 560011, Karnataka, India

They charge for consultation fees of Rs.200/= and they will not give or tell anything about the skin problems. You have to straight away have treatment only from them for which they charge anything from 5000/= onwards. There is not guarantee of cure. They are very costly doctors, but I have a poor opinion about their treatment as the patient I have taken did not have proper treatment. This is my personal experience and I got similar reports form several other. Plese do not go to them-

I took Dr Shahid Shamsher treatment for hair fall and dandruff in 2006. the good part is that the hair fall stopped and the dandruff went away, but he asked to wash the head daily which is difficult to manage in winter season. The other problem was the waiting period in the clinic was too long. Even with prior appts i would have to wait for 45 mins to 1 hrs.

I'm appoaching 40 yrs now and started losing my hair at approx 25-27 yrs old. I started taking Dr Shahid Shamsher’s treatment and was very sceptical about his hair regrowth treatment. In the first 1-2 yrs I did not see much improvement in new hair growth but I did not seem to lose any hair either. I have continually taken photo's to see any progress. I'm pleased to say that although there is not a huge increase in my hair regrowth nonetheless there is an increase.
