i seem to always eat a sandwich or tuna for lunch. and always a bananna or triscuits for a snack. i need more variety but i i dont know any good, healthy choices!

How about pitas? You can put alot of healthy stuff in there.

Ooooh Also, try tofu chocolate pudding. So yummy!

How about a grilled chicken salad, a Ceaser salad, anthing steamed, like chicken or shrimp from the chinese rest, lowfat cottage cheese & peaches

steamed shrimp (peel and eat) with cocktail sauce, egg salad, shrimp salad, chicken salad, peanut butter and jelly, tomatoes and mozzarella salad, greens and veggie salad.....
