I want to make a picture look like this in Photoshop CS3 or an other?

I want to know if there's any action i can dowload to meke pictures look like this.. I know how to ad sepia but i want to learn how to do the edges like this picture. here are some examples:

Just look under "Artwork and Effects" and then "Frames." You'll find a bunch of stuff.
