I'm 13, 5'1", and weigh about 123. Everyday I get teased at school for having "man-boobs". I've done exercise before and lost around 10lbs but I didn't notice even the slightest change in my apperance. I've searched on the internet and I've still found nothing.

At 5'1", you're about 20 pounds over weight. You also probably still have baby fat if you've just started puberty. The best thing you can do is lift weights and run and then not only will you loose the weight, but you will gain pectoral muscle and look better.

Try doing some exercise to that area of your chest.. to shape the excess weight into muscle. .. may not be a matter of loosing weight, you could loose the weight from the rest of your body and not that area. Just build it up.. and the next punk who remarks .. well, youll be buff and can knock him out :D
