After you finish your fast, you may drink water. Drink a lot of water, for all that matters.

Don't eat too much protein at breakfast because protein digestion in the body requires a little more water than carbohydrates and fat. A little bit of protein is good though, because it prevents the carbs you eat from being burned up too fast.

Also make sure the A/C isn't too cold in your house. The lack of humidity might dry out your throat.

The only thing you can do is drink water. Drink a bit of water slowly after iftar. drinking too fast will 'shock' your body.

you are fasting for Ramadan. drink something like Gatorade. when your thirsty it means you are already dehydrated. keep drinking lots of water till sunrise. you can also try taking glyserol. it is usually in a gel form. you can buy this at any vitamin store. this will help keep your body hydrated.

i dont think the person asked this question so you people can question her religion. this is the fitness forum. she asked a simple question why cant you just answer it? keep your bulls*&^ to yourselves.

You can definitely drink water. Or tea. It's great for your system. But just make sure the tea is natural, unsweetened.

Wash off a small pebble, and put it in your mouth, you'll salivate and it'll hydrate your mouth.

By the way, MY religion says not to tell anyone when you're fasting.

Well after you break your fast you can eat or drink whatever you want! Except pork and alcohol.

Happy Ramadhan!

This is the most retarded thing I have ever heard. God does not want you to give up things that are vital. You NEED water. To go without it you are hurting your body. There are plenty of things you can give up that you will miss greatly and still serve your purpose without hurting the one and only body God gave you!!

You die.

Really, it's that simple. No water means death.

I think you don't have the rules of your fast correct. Better go ask one of your clergy for some clarification.
