I found it lying in my medicine cabinet and have no idea what it is... It is triangle with a 3 on one side and a g on the other side..The color is a very light green.

Take it to your local pharmacy. Pharmacists have access to a professional on-line program that will bring up photographs of all similar pills based on the description, and s/he can then compare the pill to the photographs and make a definite identification based on description and photograph.

My pharmacist said it is Alprazalom, 3 mg, and throw it away.

Without the bottle to tell you how old it is you would not want to take it . That could make you very sick if it is outdated and why take that chance.

I would just throw it away since you dont kow what it is. Its Not worth finding out!! : )
