You can get a Saver return for between £117 and £130, depending on which train you travel on. The number of changes depend on the time you are travelling. If early in the day you can get away with one change at Birmingham (seems to be only one train southbound, the 10.23) - otherwise you will either have to travel via Edinburgh and Birmingham New Street/Moor Street or via Glasgow Queen Street/New Street/Birmingham or Stafford. http://www.thetrainline.com even gives one option of traveling via London.
