It all depends on whether you are strong enough to allow yourself to be taught. Or weak enough to be bashed. Dont forget that if you are an adult, you can always just walk away. Are you smart enough to know that the bashers are fanatics? Or is this just your judgment on people who love you that want you to know what they believe. Were you a child when this happened? Or did it ever happen? Is this just another attack on Christianity?.

Question: Is it true if you are bashed with a bible hard enough, you will start hearing voices and become a fundy?

Answer: If you start hearing voices because of bashing or what I would call abuse, Chances are, if you hear voices, it would be more from the devil than that of God.

God doesn't bash. The devil does. What's a fundy?

A: I'm not certain this line of research has been pursued by medical researchers.

"Hard knocks on a thick skull" will often produce results, so I hear tell ... but bible bashing rarely does anything productive (grins).

Maybe, why don't you ask one of the top contributers in r&s, they all seem to support religion.

ie. there are little to no agnostic or atheistic top contributers.
