The first is a clip from testimony that Donald Rumsfield gave to a Congressional hearing. It will BLOW you away. It seems that the Pentagon was missing 2.3 TRILLION dollars. He promises to get to the bottom of the issue. The next is a more current clip. A reporter asks about the money. The response is to dismiss her as a nutcase.
