medical question?

I had little red spots on both my legs but its not itchy, sometimes the spots gets really red & sometimes is brownish. Is there any cure or what is the medical term of this. Tried chinese medication as well as been to a skin specialist but found no cure. Was told by the skin specialist that its a broken capillaries situation.

You went to a specialist and found out what its called but not what to do about it? Why? Isnt that why you went? Ask questions thats what they get paid for.
