Did you mother ever go there?
Do you know anybody that works there?
Is it close to your residence?
Does a doctor you go to practice there?
whatever the reason, be sure to tell the truth (even if it is based on geographical preferences).

Be honest but positive.
Maybe it is convenient for where you work.
Maybe you don't care about the hospital, but you like the job you are applying for.
Or, do some research, find out a little bit about the hospital you are applying for. For example, say "This hospital has a good reputation for xxx, or the workplace culture here is different from some other hospitals (some hospitals take a very coorporate approach, some are traditional, some of friendly)"

Depends on what is important to you. Normally, the good answers would be: the company provides a good work-life balance, career opportunities to employees through training and career development initiatives, and competitive benefits and compensation. Obviously, all prestigious companies have these types of pograms installed in their companies.
