The natural gifts such as grains and vegetables, fruits, rivers, the hills of jewels and minerals, and the seas full of pearls are supplied by the order of the Supreme, and as He desires, material nature produces them in abundance or restricts them at times. The natural law is that the human being may take advantage of these godly gifts by nature and satisfactorily flourish on them without being captivated by the exploitative motive of lording it over material nature. The more we attempt to exploit material nature according to our whims of enjoyment, the more we shall become entrapped by the reaction of such exploitative attempts. If we have sufficient grains, fruits, vegetables and herbs, then what is the necessity of running a slaughterhouse and killing poor animals? A man need not kill an animal if he has sufficient grains and vegetables to eat.
In the Bible (66:3) Isaiah declares, "He that killeth an ox is as he that killeth a man."

No. One cannot murder an animal; murder is the act of taking a human life unlawfully.
Not all killing is murder.

God did not say that, He provided us animals, and we supposed to look after them but He also gave us permission to eat them, that's their role in life, but the Bible also says that you have the right not to eat them, and those who do are not to be rude about those who do and vice versa

No such statement has been attributed to God.
You're thinking of the United States Declaration of Independence, which says:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,"
"Self-evident". Not "the Word of God" and "Men" not "Beings".

I can't recall any place that records God as saying all things are equal. He gave man dominion over animals, then later, He gave us a list of what we can and can not eat.

Scripture says all people are of equal value. It does not say animals are of the same value.
BUT the logical extension of valuing life is to be a vegetarian. No leather, fur, etc.
