ok its like this . I like him and i think he likes me . he stares at me and then when i look he looks away he talks to me at lunch and before school and after school he walks me to my car . i ask him if he liked anyone and he didnt answer me so is he just a good friend or does he like me ? if you answerd my last question its about the same guy . he seems really nice person but he is a senior in high school and im only a freshman. do you think there is to much of an age diffrence sence he has been held back twice so he is like 19 or 20 or some thing like that ?

If you are under 16, and he is over 18, then he could get into legal trouble in just about every state in the United States if you have a serious relationship.
You will want to check the laws in your state, and perhaps look at people closer to your own age.
If he was 28, and you were 24, then four years would make very little difference, but the difference between 18 and 16 could mean someone goes to jail.

ok well first off let me say i dont know how old you would be as im from australia we dont use the term freshman. but im assuming its the start of high school wich would make you about 13 14yrs old so yeah i guess there is a bit of an age gap there but by the sounds of you your a bimbo and the only thing you would be good for is boning and i can tell you now thats all he wants from you... personaly i would advise you to stay away from him but if you do decide to sleep with him please you protection since the last thing this world needs is more american bimbos.... i wish you luck in finding the answer to your question.

Just ask him!!! Give it time and be patient. If he is a Senior and your only a Freshman then he probably isn't interested in a g/f / b/f way. Friendship only!! He will be graduating soon. Once he is out of school you will be still in school. He will have his future to think about. I doubt very much it will be serious. Besides I wouldn't worry about boys. You need to work on your education. That is a lot more important don't you think?

seems like he thinks your cute. i once had a friend who asked the guy i like if he had a girlfriend, and he answered him even though he knew i was there. if i had asked him myself, i wouldnt have got a reply. in your case, i think you should find out from other people if he likes you. maybe talk to his friends. ask them if he ever talks about you to them, and if so, what about. you won't really find out from him unless he comes out and says it. however, i think you shouldnt be thinking of getting with him until you know what he's really like. there's a reason he has been held back twice, and usually it's not good. and technically, you're a minor, and because he's over 18, any sexual advancement could lead to arrest

I think that he really likes you. He is probably shy and maybe embarrased for being so much older. I think that you should continue to be friendly to him, and maybe hint that you like him so he'll ask you out. I do not think that there is too much of an age difference, if you feel comfortable that he is 5 or 6 years older than you. Do what your heart tells you.
