I really like this guy that is 1 year older than me and I wanna go out with him soon... What do people actually do in "dating"? What's the difference between "going out" and "dating"?

He told me lylas. Does this mean [i no what lylas stands for -.-] he like <3 me? Also, I said luv ya at the end of our chatting together and he said luv ya 2. Does he like me a little bit or truely love me?

ask him out before someone else does! its fine to date someone if they r only one year older.
when u date someone u really really like u get to hold hands, hug,a kiss or 2 .

there is no difference in going out and dating really
dating is just two people (usually) going and doing something they both enjoy and to get to know each other better
at that age ask your parents --- i could not say as none of our kids wanted to date at that age --- best wishes
