If you want honesty, only eyes fits the bill. It's the human condition. Microseconds later it could be anything that bolsters the first opinion. Deaf or blind people will vary this.

honestly i look to the face if eyes are nice or theres a smile thats great!
but i will be honest that the second thing i look at is the breasts! not looking to see anything in particular i just do look.and most men do so dont be offended when you see us with our heads down we dont have them they are interesting

her figure first because i like slim women then her face and eyes then i look at her tlts because i dont like big tlts...some might say im a big tlt but thats ok by me lol and lastly her bum because i dont like women with a big sticky out bum oh i dont like my women to be to short..she must have a good personality as well..apart from that im not to picky...just one last thing..i like a woman to have a good job
