My future Shi-Tzu was born today and I need alternative names because my mom wants to call it Gracy. I think thats the worst name ever!!!

I always wanted to get a shih-tzu and i was going to call her mattie...like madison...or maggie.....but some other names are bella, izzie, chloe, kamie, and depending on what color she is you could call her mocha or latte or something lol. But Gracie sounds like a cute name:]

I agree with pinkbubbles282, wait to see what type of personality the dog has or find something specific about the dog, does it have a specific birth mark??... until then call it your baby I guess..of course Molly or Millie are cute choices.

I love the name Lilo or Tootoo for too too cute those would be perfect and since i gave you 2 to choose from you could let your mom decide, which gives it a more likely chance for one of your names!!!

How about naming her after one of your favorite people or characters from a movie or book? We once had a dog named Baby (from Dirty Dancing) and a funny Basset Hound that my kids named Skittles - after their favorite candy. Make it different and special! Good luck with your new baby!
