Yes. So was everybody else. Good Friday afternoon, around 3:00 P.M., Jerusalem Standard Time, 33 Anno Domini.

When someone asks if you're saved it means, "do you believe in Christ and accept him as your personal savior". That's like someone about to rape and kill you and some random dude coming and saving you. If some police officer asked, "are you saved, did you get hurt by those men?" You'll say, "yes I was saved and no I didn't get hurt."
Thus, this is the way I look at my life in Christ. I have been saved from a life of unfulfillment and given a life of hope. Some people find that hope through something else, I found it through Jesus.
It's not such a stupid question when you actually sit and ponder it. Whatever religion or philosophical teaching you adhere to, I'm sure it has weird sayings and questions too.

I cannot speak for anybody else. If I asked you that my point would be, how would you like to have a completely clear conscience? How would you like to live without fear or guilt? Does the idea of knowing where you came from, why you are here, and where you are going appeal to you? Or would you prefer to just wander around aimlessly ignorant?

I AM saved, sealed with a promise (God is not a man, that he shoud lie and he is not slack concerning his promises.) I am also santified (set apart from unrepented sinners and non belivers in the eyes of God) and on my way to heaven and I'm so glad! Jesus died and saved me from my sins! He rose again on the third day with all power in his hand. My faith in him means I am adopted in to the family of God. Jesus is there preparing a place of eternal life and rest for me.
You can come too! Confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus is that Christ and that God raised him from the dead and you too can be saved! That is the point!
That, dear one, is the point! Hope you get it someday.

i dont even get it lol
as long as you were a good person
i dont see the point of not going 2 "heaven"
i dont see the point in the unnessacary (some even stupid) rules (i.e, sex b4 marriage, being gay, etc)
i think as long as you arent killing, abusing, molesting, raping, slave-owning or racist
i think you should be "saved"

I'm always happy to see that question come up because yes, I'm saved. And the knowledge of that is wonderful! It brings a peace that passes understanding.
Try Jesus!
