Are you drunk?
And if not, ask your doctor about "vertigo".

Could be labyrinthitis (commonly known as "vertigo"), which is an infection of the inner ear. It can clear up quickly or take ages. Cinnarizine will help with the dizziness, but I believe that must be prescribed.
Remember though that I'm not a medical professional, so I'd advise seeing a doctor - this may be something completely different and far more serious (or trivial, of course) for all I know.

I have a disease called menieres disease which has these same symptoms, my ears also hurt as I am losing my hearing, I also have ringing in my ears, do you ever see stars falling or to some they look like snowflakes, the dizzyiness of course is called vertigo, and there is lot of different things that could be triggering what you are feeling, you maybe just allergic to something, or noise can cause it, sometimes a certian food can cause it, the list goes on and on, essential tremors can cause it, if this has been going on for a while now you had better go have it checked out, just to be save, mine is not life threatening but going deaf isnot something i am looking forward to, Good luck, and if you have any questions send me an email, I deal with it everyday. May God Bless

The abnormal perception of motion is vertigo. Most commonly, it's a benign process caused by tiny stones in the balance center of the inner ear. Other times it's infectious. A doctor will take a history and perform a physical exam to be sure.

You love him yes but it seems you don't love him with his baggage. I'm in the same situation as you but i'm the one with a son. And what ex does is stay with them and i provide and help out where i can. If you don't want the mother role let his ex do it than he can visit his son whenever he wants to. But its best to ask him what decision he wants to take. Does he want to move in alone or with you. But then again love and relationships is taking the full package and accepting the person's lifestyle and how it can fit in with yours without loosing yourself.
