Get a Cat-illac - all cats know how to drive them.

First, you need to redesign the car so the gas pedal and brake are reachable to him. Then you have to get him a booster seat so he can see over the steering wheel. Oh, and speaking for steering wheels, you'll have to find one which can be used by little paws since the cat doesn't have opposable thumbs to hold a normal steering wheel. Now, once the car is redesigned you have to give your cat driving lessons. Start out slowly, maybe have him practice in an empty parking lot. If you find he can't reach the turn signals, you may have to teach him how to use hand signals.
Since he hasn't got hands, maybe I should have said paw signals.

I just read this to my cat, and he said "Just forget it, cats don't drive, they let OTHERS drive them around"
Sorry about that.

Start it out in a Barbie jeep that you push until the cat learns to stay inside. Graduate up to remote control cars and from there, give it up because cats don't have long attention spans and an angry cat is not what we need.

I've come to the conclusion that you can't teach cats anything. They teach themselves and do as they like.
