for some reason when i click any application the cmd window comes out and closes i re-click the application again and it does the same thing i cant even system restore because it only has one date please someone help me

Please follow one by one :
1. Completely scan your computer for virus and spywares with the most updated antivirus
2. May be u can update windows too from the following link.
http://www.update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us
3. Uninstall recently installed softwares.
reboot and try again.
If still same thing happens, I will re-install windows.

likethey said its a virus. youll have to try to do a antivirus but that might not delete it. if it doesnt you will have to reinstall windows. if you do the antivirus and thatdoesnt work tell me and ill try to find someone that can help u more
