I know you're trying to eat healthier, but I'm gong to share with you my experiences dealing with dessert. I don't know if this will help, but I've lost weight, so I must be doing something right- Since it is friday night, I would treat myself to a real dessert. Not fruit, not even low fat frozen yogurt. I want ice cream, my favorite food. After a long week of dieting, this weekly treat gives me something to look forward to. Keeps me sane so that except on friday nights, I don't cheat. Ever. The key is portion control. I will choose whatever flavor I want, but I will have half a cup only. I'll savor it, because that's all I'm getting. It's only about 200 calories in 1/2 cup of full fat ice cream. You can easily consume the same number in a nice big fruit salad. So, I think that treating yourself once a week is a nice habit. In the end, it helps me, because I don't feel the need to snack on sweets any other days. It's up to you, but I would say that if you want cookies, have them (As long as there's nothing terrible in them like HFCS, hydrogenated oils, etc). But if the serving size is 4 cookies, that's all you get. Enjoy! :-)

Make it yourself using graham crackers, and use canola oil instead of butter. The refridgerated and frozen are so high in fat, it turns something healthy (like blueberries into a dieter's nightmare)
You may also want to try doing a blueberry crumble and eliminating the piecrust altogether. The recipe calls for oats on the top..a much healthier alternative. There's a great recipe for one at www.eatingwell.com

I've experimented, but have never found any GOOD crust that is lowfat, other than perhaps a graham cracker reduced-fat crust, but that's no good with a fruit pie. Good pie crust has crisco (I like butter-flavored) and THAT is bad for you. There's just no way around it.
