All of the above.
a-antihistaminics bind to cell receptors and block histamine.
b-anti tussives and expectorants are commonly prescibed for cough but are pharmacologically incompatible
c-sulphonyl ureas permit entry of insulin into cells without influencing receptors more so if the person is obese.
d-A drug that is a foreign matter to body can enter the cells only by pharmacokinetic action.

I'm fairly certain it's D. A and C are just wrong, and physiological effects (B) aren't pharmacokinetics.
